1. What Information We Collect from Your Application

When you complete and submit the Contributor Network registration form, we collect:

• Contact Information:
  Your first name, last name, primary email address, and WhatsApp phone number.
• Work & Educational Background:
  Information contained within your uploaded Resume/CV, including work experience, academic qualifications, and language proficiencies.
• Portfolio Materials:
  Any writing samples, translation excerpts, annotation examples, or cover letters uploaded to the work sample portal.
• Self-Reported Experience:
  Your stated proficiencies in specific tools (such as CVAT, Label Studio, or translation consoles) and domain specializations entered in the qualification text box.
• Submission Metadata:
  Your IP address, approximate geographic location, and submission timestamp (recorded automatically to detect bot submissions, duplicate accounts, and proxy abuse).

2. How We Use Your Application Information

We collect and process your application data strictly for workforce evaluation and project staffing:

• Profile Matching:
  Assessing your skills, language capabilities, and tool familiarity against active and upcoming AI data collection, annotation, and evaluation contracts.
• Direct Outreach:
  Contacting you via Email or WhatsApp to invite you to project screenings, administer skill benchmarks, or confirm task availability.
• Identity Verification:
  Confirming your eligibility to participate in freelance digital tasks and ensuring you are not operating duplicate or unauthorized accounts.
• Onboarding Administration:
  Preparing formal project documentation (such as Independent Contractor Agreements, NDAs, and Statements of Work) if you are selected for a paid production bench.

3. How We Share Your Data

• No Advertising or Commercial Sale:
  We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal contact details or application data to third-party advertisers.
• Internal Talent Operations:
  Access to your raw personal details, resume, and contact numbers is restricted strictly to authorized Josisoft recruitment and operational staff.
• Enterprise Client Visibility:
  When presenting workforce capability to enterprise AI clients, we share only anonymized competency summaries (e.g., "Candidate #412: 4 years of CVAT computer vision annotation experience, native Bengali speaker"). We do not disclose your full name, phone number, email address, or unredacted CV to clients without your prior consent.
• Infrastructure Providers:
  Your submissions are processed through secure cloud databases and intake software bound by strict data confidentiality agreements.

4. Communications via Email and WhatsApp

By submitting your application, you acknowledge that our primary communication channels for project invitations, qualification tests, and capacity updates are Email and WhatsApp.

• You can opt out of project alerts or update your communication preferences at any time by replying directly to our messages or contacting our support team.
• Opting out of notifications will pause project invitations but will not delete your profile from our talent database unless explicitly requested.

5. Data Retention & Your Right to Deletion

• Talent Pool Retention:
  We keep your profile, resume, and screening results on file for up to 24 months so our staffing team can contact you as new enterprise pipelines and language pairs open up.
• Right to Permanent Deletion:
  You have complete control over your candidate profile. If you no longer wish to be considered for projects, you can request immediate and permanent deletion of your application, resume, and contact details from our talent pool.
• Correction:
  If your phone number, email, or resume changes, you may request an update to your candidate file at any time.
