• Freelance Contributor & Annotator Applicants: Individuals registering for our freelance talent pool or accessing screening benchmarks are governed exclusively by our Contributor Talent Pool Terms.
• Enterprise Client Engagements: Commercial AI data evaluation, annotation pipelines, model validation, and red-teaming services performed for enterprise clients are governed strictly by negotiated, bilateral Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). Nothing on this website constitutes a binding commercial service level agreement (SLA) or formal statement of work.

1. Permitted Use of the Website

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the website solely for informational purposes, to evaluate Josisoft's service offerings, and to communicate with our team regarding prospective business engagements.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Conduct and Scraping Restrictions

To protect our digital infrastructure and intellectual property, you agree that you will not:
